Due to COVID-19 we have reduced the number of employees in our fulfillment center to ensure the health and safety of our employees. Orders may take up to 8 business days to leave our warehouse especially during peak shopping season (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays. If you need your order expedited we recommend choosing the Express Shipping option at checkout as these orders are shipped out first.

$5 Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days)
$12 Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days + Prioritized Packaging)
Orders of $50+ automatically receive Free Standard Shipping
DHL is highly recommended (1-6 Business Days for most major destinations)
Rate is determined by specific country (7-14 Business Days; Please allow up to 21 business days during peak shopping season and holidays)
Orders of $100+ automatically receive free USPS First Class Shipping
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. Grazia bellezza under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind.
We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.
International Shipping and Custom Duties and Fees
When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Stress Free Returns & Exchanges
If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Contact our customer care team at email@example.com and they can assist you.
Refunds are contingent upon the company's reception of the unwanted Grazia bellezza Product. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.
Please note that there are no refunds on shipping fees under any circumstances since a shipping label was purchased by us in order to send the product.
